Pages From An Ozark Herbal for sale on Scribd
You can now purchase and download a copy of Pages From An Ozark Herbal from Scribd as a PDF (the same file included when some of you bought it on CD). This is experimental, but it will let you 1) use and search the Herbal offline (i.e. no Internet) and 2) help fund further improvement of the work. In particular, we are working on producing a Kindle/Nook friendly document in the near future.
The Herbal is something which I wrote for my own use and then stuck in line "in case someone was interested." Now we see 50,000+ visitors per month. This could not have happened without our interest, support and feedback. It is one of my goals to get this information into the hands of as many people as possible and it has been more successful than I could have imagined ten years ago.
Please try and comment. We are especially interested in knowing about pages, images and so forth which do not format correctly on your computer (they are chopped or cut off in some way).
We do know that the keyword index material at the back of the PDF is... screwy. Simply type your keywords into the search bar of your PDF reader instead.
