Our caravan is stopped waiting for a line of Humvees to clear the intersection ahead. We count 29 of them, apparently there as part of the preparation for the president's visit. The visit of the POTUS was actually extremely disruptive to relief operations and the number of people in the entourage stressed the operating roads and facilities.
